I changed the pattern slightly on the last two rounds at the bottom point. Instead of inserting 3 dc in the bottom, I worked 1 dc, 1 tr, 1 dc, then on the next round, in the tr st, I worked 1 sc, 3-ch picot, 1 sc.
Then I blocked this motif.
