Notes

I worked this shrug in a rectangle from the sleeve edge to the centre, then a second rectangle is worked in exactly the same way and the two rectangles were joined in the middle.
This shrug is worked in different colour yarns and changes colour every two rows.
The body of the shrug is worked with a larger hook size to create a lacy effect.
