Dear Mom, Merry Christmas, happy Mother’s Day, and happy birthday. :-)

I loved making this blanket so much. It was my late-night unwinding time companion for almost a year. I washed, defuzzed, folded, and presented it to my mom yesterday afternoon and I already missed it yesterday evening.

I would still be working on it, but I ran out of yarn.

I have a couple of projects that I’d like to do for my girls, but as soon as these kid projects are out of the way, I’m going to start another shell afghan!
