It took me an entire day just to draw the graphic motif on GIMP. It was actually inspired on a commercial sweater I saw at Kolhs .

I needed it for my son’s Christmas recital at school today, so I completed in 6 days total, working 6 hours a day, going to bed so late because I was working during the day. In total it took me 36 hours. I see some people in the machine knitting groups getting a sweater done in a day and I have no idea how they do it. I guess experience is the reason. I am completely thrilled and proud of myself I finished it in 6 days.

It fits perfectly now but I wish I had made it slightly bigger so he can use it next year. My little guy is not a sweater person and he is refusing to take it off, so that speaks volumes of how much he loves it.

The design in the middle looks Christmas trees and that was just a happy accident, I did not notice it looked like trees until I finished it and saw pictures from afar.
