Love the fabric this yarn makes, it is so open and airy and comfortable and light.

I made the sleeves according to my gauge and math and they seemed too narrow, so I ripped them off and made them bigger… Bad move! They came out 3” wider than what they needed to be. Do not fear!! You can always resource to your friend, the sewing machine.

Steps to fix a big sleeve:

1-I first used a sweater that fits me and put the sleeve over my big sleeve, then with contrasting yarn loosely stitch the line.

2-Carefully sew the path of the line removing the contrasting yarn as you go. Go back and stitch it again. (Use thread that is contrasting enough for you to be able to see it).

3-With sharp scissors cut outside your seem about 1/4 of an inch out.

Voila, the sweater is fixed and it fits!! :)
