Toe decreases
decrease around every 4 rows until counter is 24
Then EVERY even row number until 4 sts remain in each bed.

These socks fit my feet perfectly. I wear US 9 or sometimes 9.5 shoes. My measurements are:

Low calf circumpherence 10.5”
Ball of the foot (heel diagonal) 12”
Gusset circumpherence 9.12”
Foot Circumpherence 8.5

The pattern I used was for Duomatic 80 that knits looser than the Pinkie so I had to decrease the tension numbers.
