I love how this turned out!!!!

MODS:
I added short rows across the back beneath the neckband, but since the ribbed buttonbands tend to lengthen, all the short-rows did was compensate for the ribbing; the fronts and back are the same height.

I found that working the ribbed edgings with Combination Knitting technique helped keep them a little more tidy. My other project had such loose and sloppy edges that I needed to add a crocheted edging - this project didn’t need it.

I worked the raglan increases with only 1 knit stitch between the M1’s. And I worked the increases using the lifted-increase method.

I worked the sleeve increases to only 36 sts, not 40. I picked up 7 sts at the underarm and then immediately cast off 2 sts to close the holes = 41 st. I dec’d every 9 rounds to 35 sts. On the first row of the cuffs, I decreased 3 sts evenly and made the cuffs on 32 sts.

For the stripes on the sleeves, I decided to switch it up a bit. When I got to the striping, I cast on a stitch at each side of the ‘seam’ and worked the stripes flat. That way I could control the color-jog well. I switched back to working in the round, however, when I got back to the cuffs.
