This came out really small. It should fit a newborn, though.

I worked the sleeves in the round, starting with 32 sts and working to 38 and then bound off 8 sts at underarms.

I worked the hood before the button bands. I picked up 73 sts along neckline (6 extra) because I was starting at the the very edge of the neckline, not indented like the pattern. Then I worked one long continuous buttonband up the right front, across the hood sts and down the left front = 197 sts.

I made only 4 buttonholes, not 6, spaced 12 sts apart. I made just normal k2tog-yo buttonholes. The top and bottom ones are 4 sts from the ‘edge’ of the left front.

And yep…. and I still hate seaming.
