This is my own pattern inspired by all the patterns I’ve seen on Ravelry featuring the sweet little singing Minions.

The basic pattern goes like this:

With size 8 needles cast on 72, work 10 rows garter stitch in blue. Join yellow and knit 16 rows in Stockinette stitch, join black and knit 4 rows SS, then knit 8 more rows in yellow, then start decreases. Work Double decreases every other row until you are left with 9 stitches pull yarn thru to tighten up the top.

Finishing:

Crochet two Eyes or goggle lenses-with white
Row 1-Chain 2- 6 single crochet in first chain join ch 2
Row 2-(2 sc) in each stitch around (12 st) join ch 2
Row 3-(2 sc in first stitch 1 sc in next stitch)6 times around (18 st) join ch 2
with Gray
Row 4-(2 sc in the first stitch 1 sc in each of the next 2 st) 6 times around (24 st) join weave in loose yarn.

Sew eyes in the middle of the front and embroider smile underneath and you’re finished!!!!
