10/09/2014 : decided to get back to this old project. I put the shawl diagram upside down and did a topdown skull.
This was my gilet romantique project that evolved in this one. I think I’ll retry the gilet with another yarn. I love the Grand Siècle feeling of vanitas :)
19-09-2014 : had to redo the sleeves cap so they are more fitted. Added post stitches ribbing at the waist and added a peplum. I wanted to add lace, but it would be too much, I think.
I added tiny flower clasps from la Droguerie.
