The pattern is very easy to follow. I decided to knit this in the round…there are instructions for flat or round blanket.

I initially was thinking to add plastic pearls to the knitting but since this is double strand, the holes in the pearls are just not going to work. Then I thought pallettes would be fun but dang if I can’t find any here where I live and I’m trying to do this on the cheap so ya know? The stitch pattern and yarn variations will have to suffice.

I had to switch to a 16” circular, the 24” was too tight….at least I think it was the 24” cable….Addi does not make those easy to read.

I figured out how to get the pearls on there so am ripping this out to start over….totally worth it
