Watched the video after reading the pattern and crocheting the first two rounds. Very easy after that and link has right or left-hand video. Great since I’m a lefty.

Just got started (6 rounds). Really, really glad I watched the video.

Color wise I didn’t follow the pattern. I had almost an entire skein of the Little Roses that I wanted to use so just bought the coordinating Vanilla and did groups of stripes and finished off with a row of single crochet. I would have liked to have a couple more rows but didn’t feel like heading back to the store for more yarn. That’s always a slippery slope. Very happy with how it turned out though.

I love this yarn. It’s fat and squishy and works up fast. I just wish there were more colors in stores.
