Knit with yarn held double.

Not entirely sure what happened with the brim, maybe my cast-on was too loose. In any case, I only had a couple yards left of each ball at the end, so I could easily re-knit this tighter.

Reknit on US4 and did not size up for the hat body. The brim still blows out a little, but not as much, so perhaps I need a little more practice on the long-tail tubular cast on to make it tidy.

Top picture (with beige background) is the re-knit one. The original (with black background) is retained for info, but it doesn’t exist as a finished hat anymore.
