FInished these ones in six days (still lots of winter left!), without spending an inordinate amount of time on knitting each day. At first I did not love the Briggs and Little yarn but it really grew on me. It felt scratchy and rough at first, but knitted up in a lovely way.

Went with the plan after the last pair and did six sections of thrums, added the thumb, did seven more sections of thrums before starting the decrease - this is a good size for an average to small hand.

Still not a fan of the afterthought thumb. Gotta find an alternative for that one.

This batch of roving was a little thin. Still have 17 grams left in my stash.

It’s really lovely making something for someone, though, because the whole time you’re making you have them in the back of your mind. <3
