02.01.11 Feedback received that hat slightly too big, but not awfully so. And it is loved :) hoping to put up photos of it being modelled soon. Chart to follow too.

20.11.10 It could look better but I’m still reasonably happy with how it looks. Just hope I haven’t made it too big still! Photos up after Christmas when it has been opened.

28.09.10 Knitting finished now just got to sew up all loose ends and make sure pattern looks good and not too lumpy due to stranding.

26.09.10 have nearly finished the pattern. Wondering exactly when to start shaping the top. Need to measure length I think.

22.09.10 realised I had cast on far too many sitches. Had to completely frog and start again. Gah!

17.09.10 ribbing finished, 8 rows methinks. Also did 8 rows of st st after that before starting pattern.

16.09.10 knitted in the round, starting off with K2 P2 rib in teal. No idea how many stitches cast on, enough to make sure it went round my head and was a multiple of 4!
