I’ve knit both weekenders previously and love them but don’t love the boat neck bc I can’t stand that choke feeling the boat neck gives. This weekender with the crew neck is absolutely perfect and is the sweater of my dreams! I knit the body an inch shorter than the pattern states and omitted the pockets. I also used a club yarn from Ritual Dyes to knit this which came with a mini skein. The mini is what I used for the last row of ribbing (I knitted that last row to remove the purl blips when changing colors) and the tubular bind off. Went up a needle size for the sleeves bc I knit them on 9” circulars which tightens my guage. I will live in the sweater!!
