Cast on 7sts
Knit 3 rows.
Row 4 :Rotate 90 degrees clockwise pick up 2 sts.
Row 5 :Knit across to the edge. Rotate 90 degrees clockwise pick 2 sts.
Row 6 : knit
Row 7 : knit 2 M1R start chart in row 3 M1L knit 2
Always knit the first 2 sts & last 2 sts.
M1R after 2 sts edge & M1L before last 2 sts every other rows.

Bell Ruffle
Row 1 : knit 7 purl 1 (right side)
Row 2 : purl 7 M1R K1 M1L
Row 3 : knit 7 purl 3
Row 4 : purl 7 M1R K3 M1L
Row 5 : knit 7 purl 5
Row 6 : purl 7 M1R K5 M1L
Row 7 : knit 7 purl 7
Row 8 : purl 7 knit 7
Repeat row 7 & 8 until ruffle is desired length
