If I had to make this again, I’d make it inside out as I think the trinity stitch looks more like a wooly sheep on the wrong side. Wish I noticed that early on in the project…
I did duplicate stitch for the legs. Chose to do only two stitches as I felt three was too wide.
I lightly stuffed the face to give it a more 3D look.
