I was determined to use this particular yarn from my stash right now and would not take “there is no pattern that I like for this little yarn that is not a shawl “ as an answer. So, I came up with this little shrug and I love it. Easy, breezy and very cozy. :-)

It is so much more fun when I do not have to worry about writing patterns and getting my hopes up that the next one will be the one just to have them crashed once again. I also get so much more knitting done just for myself now even with the little time that I have due to my college course work. Feeling more happy and relaxed. I might write some patterns in the future, but I am taking myself out of this rats race for now. My other hobbies (gardening, hiking and photography among other things) await me. ;-)
