My first circular shawl/blanket design and project as well. I have been thinking of making one for a long time. I have several more circular shawls/blankets planned, but just need some more free time to have them knitted fast.;-)
Using yarn from my stash again. I have not bought any since November 2015!!! Trying to knit from the stash. So far so good :-)

Each skein was wound up in 4 plies of lace weight to make a 2x2 twist=1225 yards.

This will be a circular version of my Sunshine Daisy shawl :-) Increases in this shawl will be different than in half-circle one and very easy to remember. Also, this will be more of a blanket/throw, than a shawl. I am loving knitting the circular shape. I have no idea why I never tried it before. So much fun :-)

raspberry colorway: used 110g of 4ply lace ~ 450 yards
pecan colorway: used 244g of 4ply lace ~ 1000 yards
4ply lace comes out to be 410yards/100 g ~ 4ply/fingering

My first circular design is done and blocking! It was such an enjoyable process and I am in love with the result :-) Pattern in the works ;-)

Happy to be finally back to pattern writing, and knitting for that matter, after some unfortunate and unforeseen health related delays for the past 2 month.

The pattern is now live. :-) I am very happy to be able to publish this pattern after a difficult and very busy year of going back to college while taking care of my kids, and various health problems. This is my first pattern in a year and I hope you enjoy knitting this throw. Mine is on the chair in my bedroom, ready to use when the weather gets cooler around here. :-)
