On my last trip to Heidiland i got the Zauberball. And decided to knit another Whippoorwill. My third one. I love this pattern! And so do my family and friends, my first two i knitted ended up first with my mother (the colours were just her) second with one of my best friends (she kept on adoring it..) since I need one for myself i decided to do a featherweight one.
Knitted the large pattern with 3,5mm needle and lace-weight yarn
I purchased the yarn i used for the border on one of my previous trips to Switzerland, a coincidence, but I kinda like the idea of having a Heidiland shawl. its like a hug from home ;)
