4/6/10: Loving this Silver Thaw. I’ve knit and ripped this yarn so many times, not liking the final product. In the end, a simple stockinette is perfect! Why does simple never enter one’s mind first?

4/11/10: done with the main body (couldn’t put it down) - 2 skeins plus a bit… Still undecided re: how to do the trim on the bottom.

4/12/10: used remaining silver thaw and crocheted scallop for ruffle. Love it - perfect edge. It was easy and considerably less work than picking up hundred of stitches along the edge.
