At the point I ran out of the left over Mystery Brown:
Total hat weight: 89.3g, of which 36.5g was the Urth, so 52.8g was the mystery. I had to back calculate that because I forgot to weigh the partial cake when I started.

First round of the brim was just 1-for-1 sc to anchor the Tunisian stitches.
Second and Third rounds were an 8->7 decrease done through both loops.
Last three rounds were done back loop as per the pattern.

Total hat weight 135.1g
at 89.3g 36.5g was the Urth, so 52.8g was Mystery.
at 135.1g an additional 20g was Urth leaving 25.8g to be Mystery.
Total would then be 56.5g Urth and 78.6g Mystery.
