used red heart super saver in black, red, yellow and green. used size 9 16 inch circular needles.

with black 100 cast on, knit 2 inches in 2 by 2 rib in the round. switch to red and knit 2 inches. switch to yellow and knit 2 inches decreasing 10 stitches the second to last rounf. knit next round. switching to green decrease every 9th stitch. knit next round. continue to decrease one round and knit the next until green section measures 2 inches. bind off. weave in ends.
