I made this for my son’s girlfriend’s dog who is a 4 pound Chihuahua.

40 cast on stitches for 2 x 2 ribbing. Increase to 60 for body. (Increase every other stitch across). Divided it 25 stitches for belly and 35 stitches for back. Belly measures 6 inches and back measures 10 inches. I crocheted the flowers and bottom trim after it was complete to add a little extra something something to it. I personally think it turned out very cute.

No idea exactly how much yarn I used.
