Started over on 23/11 after doing about 11 repeats. I just didn’t want to be unhappy with my final result.

5/12/2014- About 1/4 length done. Feeling very positive with the results. The four-ply is a good choice.

Bendigo Woolen Mills are having a cotton sale at the moment. So tempted to stock up on some four-ply cottons in preparation for one for each of the girls in the family! Mum loves it and so she’s definitely getting one at some time.

13/12/2014- First half of rectangle completed. The cast on of second rectange on 14/12 was a little tricky but we got there.

5/7/2015- The rectangle is complete! I am into the lace section and struggling, so putting out the SOS to all who have successfully gone before me. This is certainly an exercise in tenacity. I have these “abandon all hope” moments, but cannot shelve it. I have gone too far to turn back now!

6/7/2015- New week. Thanks to edmondskathy for her guidance, I will persevere with the edging.

13/7/2015- one lost weekend! Almost every bit of work I completed on finishing the lace edging needed to be pulled out to remedy an error! Very helpful photo posted by atdenhoed to show the lace and joining of lace to rectangle. Going a little mad with this one!
