I figured I’d make one more of these awesome sweaters. This time with some Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable-just to see what happens. I also want to try a different pattern with the color changes to see what happens. :)

Again, I did not fsc under arms. RAther I used the first three arm rows with some extra dc that went over the side posts of the sweater and then on the 4th row I started dec over those extra posts. I used another two rounds to continue to dec over those to get to the normal point and valley pattern.

For the bottom ending rounds of the sweater and sleeves:

in each ch 2 space I Put dc, Tdc, picot(ch 3, sl st in top of Tdc), dc and instead of skip 2 dc I put a sl st between the next 2 dc. I love this edge for this sweater. FUN!

I love the way this yarn winds up striping. It is far better than most other variegated that I have used. I also put a few black rounds in there too-some were just single rounds and some were double rounds. I wanted it to feel ‘random’ so I didn’t really pay attention to which went where, I just went with what ‘felt right’ at the time. :)

Update: This one is, by far, my favorite of the three I have made of this pattern. I was worried about the Red heart Boutique Unforgettable because it is such a strange yarn, it seems really breakable and fine and likes to fluff up….I’ve worn my sweater quite a few times and although it does fluff up it hasn’t gotten really bad which is what I thought would happen.
