I handspun this yarn from a beige colored alpaca. I then dyed the yarn using a RIT dye kit, which turned out way better than I thought it would!
I started with a provisional cast on (crochet chain method) and cast on enough stitches to get me 16 inches of width (this ended up being 60 stitches for my worsted weight yarn) and knit in stockinette stitch until I ran out of yarn (about 250 yards worth). I then seamed the edges together using the kitchener stitch.
