I am beginning this afghan using lots of yarn in my stash. The actual pattern only calls for three colors but I am using quite a few more. The ones listed above are only a few of the yarns I used.

There are 63 squares using different crochet stitches starting with very basic stitches and increasing in difficulty to the more advanced stitches, thus allowing a beginner to learn and understand many different stitches while making an afghan in the process.
