The yarn I used was old wool. The family I knitted this for wanted a new stocking to match the ones their Grandma made. Their daughter was getting married, what a great gift!
It was fun to knit, but it was definitely a Vintage pattern with a vintage way to knit.
I ran out of White yarn so had to use more green.
