Well, now I’m just getting carried away. I can’t stop making these things. My sister asked for one, so here it is.

The yarn was a gift from my friend Margaret and is a cotton/acrylic/linen blend. It had a lot of grass in it and I have tried to use it a dozen times because of the gorgeous color but always gave up due to frustration or disappointment. It never seemed to look quite right and was hard to work with. But, this time, it was worth the effort. The yarn was made for linen stitch! It looks absolutely gorgeous and I hope Dianne loves it.
