Notes

After I knitted my Jack’s Back jacket, my wife decided that she needed one too. From the same book, Kaffe Fassett’s “Glorious Knits”, she decided on the “Stone Patch” pattern. We settled on a color palette of “sea colors” (mostly blues and greens) from my stash and I set to work.

The yarn is primarily worsted and bulky weight. I used multiple thinner yarns to approximate bulky weight if necessary. It is primarily wool, but there are also some cottons, mohair and some mixed yarns in there.

This was probably made in the late 1980’s or early 1990’s. It has gotten good use and she still wears it.
