26 Sept 2017 I began the bindoff last night. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to wield a crochet hook, so I’m doing a knitting needle riff on the approach. I think it’s going to work out okay. Once the bindoff is done, I’ve got one repair to make - back in the beginning I missed two stitches when gathering/pinching one of the minarets. I didn’t even see it for several rows! Fortunately, this yarn did not run away, and I was able to capture all the stitches with a stitch marker. PHEW!

She’s blocked and so beautiful. I highly recommend this cobweb base - very strong, and oh! the block!

10 Sept 2017 I sure have been slack on making notes on this page, but I’m knitting away whenever I can! I finished chart C today and am diving into chart D, where the beads begin again. This is a GREAT pattern.

1 Sept 2017 I decided on the brilliant Coneflower with the orange beads, for the vivid silks in the harem - oh so very Arabian Nights! Then again, part of me is second guessing, if I chose right… :)

Jutta’s test knit in FS{c} turned out to be one of the prettiest pieces of lacy confection, I have to use the same! I dyed up three different colorways to choose from, Rosewood, a new Lilac sort of color (unreleased), and Coneflower. Or, deep, pale, and vibrant. WHICH?
