CABLES! TOE-UP! I knew it all along. :-)

8 April: first sock done.

I don’t know how I did it, but sometime before the cable cross in front of the ankle but right after the heel turn I managed to go from a size small to a size medium (in the stitch count). So it’s a hybrid sock, but I don’t know what I did to do that!

The second sock was fine; I managed to stay within the size small for the entire sock. It went faster, too. ;-)
Funny, I was knitting things I didn’t remember knitting the first sock. But I was a zombie knitting the first sock: Family emergency, no sleep. But I went back and saw that I actually knit the stuff I didn’t remember. Kind of eerie.

Good thing I didn’t knit the large: I had 9 yards of yarn left. That’s knitting the small. I believe the pattern needs updating for the yardage.
