It was so much fun to make this totally lovable little creature!

Annie is a genius. I extended Pilwin’s arms enough that he could hug things. The French knots kept slipping under the knitting so there’s about twice as many there as are actually showing on the surface.

I discovered the Domesday Book and had to use some of the wonderful 11th Century names I found there. Our Bean Monster, Pilwin Pengally of Puddlestown, now has some friends: bunny Barduff Buttsbear and Bernwulf of Biggleswade.
