Many thanks to Thelma Egbert for this wonderful two-sided version. It’s equally lovely on both sides due to the ribbing, with no wrong side. I opted to make scarves finishing the ends with little lobes.
This was a thoroughly relaxing knit and so easy to memorize that I’ve done it up in navy worsted (blocked hard for lacy, rounder leaves) and a yellowy hand painted sock yarn that looks like wheat. Subtly variegated yarns show off the movement of the pattern nicely.
