MODS: Went down a few needle sizes and using a lighter weight cotton as the recipient lives in LA and wanted a shawl suitable for warmer weather.

Repeated sections L and M 3 more times to use more yarn, knit 6 garter ridges (12 rows) of section N to make the border lie more flat.
