I thought row 2 had a mistake, but you really do purl two individual stitches (NOT p2tog) and pass the slipped stitch over both of them; same with the knit stitches in row 4.

This wool is like spun gold, oh my! Such a sheen and so soft … like something out of a fairy tale.
