This never really became the pattern I intended to use. My mom decided she didn’t want any more than some eyelet lace on the edge. She did say that she wanted cables on a shawl, though, so that’s next on my list!

4-29-14: Repeat 20/35. Each row takes 5 minutes now. End nowhere in sight. I hope for a smiling god’s blessing.

4-22-14: Cast on, finally! Let’s see how fast I can make a shawl!
