Top down, didn’t decide on reverse stockinette until I’d done the increases, didn’t decide on the twisted stitch columns until I’d done a fair bit of the body so I dropped a stitch back 15-20 rows then picked it up again, twisted, in the other direction, with a crochet hook.

The little drops are just those knit 5-into-1 (although I had to purl since i was doing it inside out!) and then finished with two single decreases and a duble decrease on the next round, back into the twisted stitch column and finished with a teensy bit of rib, with a smaller needle. Blocked out for a bit more slouch.
