I tried to do the rings from the Ring Around the Rosy pattern but was not satisfied with how they were turning out, it may have to do with the yarn I’m using.

I decided to go for something that could be a bit more sturdy. I switched the main ring motif for the snowflake pattern as basis for this ring modifying the last row. Instead of (4 sc, ch 3, tr, ch 3, 4 sc) I’ve done (4 sc, ch 3, 5sc) but changing two of the repetitions on opposite sides for chains joined in the middle to close the ring (more or less as is shown for ring #1).
