I opted to make the eye patches warm brown (although I loved the orange ones from the pattern) so Snickers could transition seasons a little easier. To get the Halloween theme in there, I made a neon green collar with a pumpkin “tag”. I made the tail pointy rather than rounded on the tip. I ended up crocheting a round nose rather the embroidering it..for some reason I couldn’t get it to look right otherwise. Pattern was easy enough. There really aren’t any instructions for assembling, but it’s easy enough to figure out. Working with the black and dark brown was a little challenging for my old eyes, but it wasn’t that bad…and Snickers was worth it! Love the little guy! I may make his pumpkin (an accessory included in the pattern) a bit later.
