This turned out super cute, but I would hesitate to recommend it unless one is very familiar with amigurumi patterns, and how it all comes together. There are several errors in this pattern that required my noting and writing down the corrections as they were pretty numerous. I also shortened the arms from 25 rows to 22, and I altered the body slightly by increasing the “fat” bottom area by two rows and shortening to top “skinny” rows by the same amount…shifting the rows in between to fit correctly. (It isn’t hard…if you know crochet and pattern reading you can do it easily). Because of all this “fixing” I had to do with the pattern I rated this pattern as “medium”, but really the only mechanical challenges came with attaching the legs as the pattern instructs, and the embroidery of the face. I love how he came out, though! Worth the effort!
