The Nook had a 20% off sale AND they got new MadelineTosh in. SOOOOOOO I’m finally starting this hat. I felt like it needed a lighter color than the Mare colorway, so here is the Hosta Blue colorway.

Also, thanks, 2004 me for the money for the yarn! Dad brought some stuff up from Texas, and my cat coin purse had a twenty in it! Woo!

Hibernated this for a while. This isn’t one of those TV knitting projects. It requires a bit of thinking, and I’ve tinked back quite a few times due to my mind wandering. It’ll be a nice hat, though.

Finished in 3 evenings after I picked it out of hibernation. This was a fun knit. It looks a lot more complicated than it was, and I’m very pleased with it. I might even mod it to make a matching baby one in case we ever have a little one. I can dream~
