I once bought this yarn for something else (can’t remember for what though) and decided to use it for this project. Normally, I like shawls better in solid or heathered colors but I wanted to do it differently, just to see if I still like shawls better my “original” way…

Yep, still do…but at least the yarn has been used, which, BTW, is rather coarse and, in my opinion, a lot less nice than I would have liked.

Note for those of you who might like to knit this shawl with this yarn: I only did 11 instead of 13 repeats because I did not want to risk running out of yarn…of course I did anyway and used some Knit Picks Palette yarn in Serrano for the last 3-4 rows to avoid having to buy another skein of Kauni.
