Just wanted to see what this pattern looks like in thicker yarn; I must say, I quite like it :) What’s not so nice is the fact that it’s also quite heavy, but this is offset by its squishy-ness.

I used a crochet hook of equal size and crochet sc around the border before finishing it off with crab st.

Had to buy a 14th ball of yarn just for the last 2 yards or so in crab st.
