This was another pattern from Knitoys & Crafts, and was also all in Spanish. I’m really pleased with how they both turned out, and they were a lot of fun to make. I had a bit of trouble with my tension being too tight (surprise surprise, for anyone who knows me ) which resulted in having to customize some overlapping areas like the hair.

I really love the eye design in these patterns. The tiny touch of extra detail makes such a difference in the look of their faces.

Some other custom areas:

• Rosalina’s earrings I made with embroidery thread instead of felt
• The star of Rosalina’s brooch
• The entirety of Rosalina’s skirt, under and upper, as I wasn’t satisfied with the original shape or the bottom hem bordering.
• Daisy’s daisies, because for some reason I just couldn’t get them to look right following the pattern, so I did something else.
