Knitting and end-weaving is done! Just need buttons, which I am going to attempt to make myself! Let’s see what happens.

The buttons are done! I’m very pleased with them and it was a fun experiment, but I don’t currently plan to repeat it. It was extremely labor intensive, haha. I’d hoped to make the front surface concave, but couldn’t find an effective tool to do what I wanted. I ultimately was able to sand down a test one, but it had too well-defined concentric circles from the sand paper. So flat they are! I love the wood’s color with the yarn. I believe the wood I used is walnut.
