Stealth project! Made as a gift for a good friend, and was so much fun to work on.

I leveraged Karla Fitch’s Amigurumi Doves as a jumping off point, but it’s so heavily modified I don’t think it really qualifies a “being that pattern” anymore. The head, beak, and first several rows of the body are generally untouched, but the rest is entirely custom.

I wrote a ton of notes on any part I had to make more than one of (feathers, wings, feet), and maybe someday I’ll make my own versions of the bits I’d borrowed and write up my own pattern to share!

I’m extremely pleased with how she turned out, and am so happy she’s well loved in her new home!
