25 Sts per block. Knit wrong side row. Knit 11 sts sl1 k2tog psso, k11 sts. Knit wrong side row. Knit 10, sl1 k2tog psso, k10 sts. Repeat til 1 Sts remain ending at end of right side row.
Pick up 13 Sts along vertical side of completed block, 1 Sts from block that only touches corner with new block, and 12 Sts from block beneath it. Knit on right side, the picked up 13 picked up sts, then k2 picked up sts together and knit 11 remaining sts. Knit wrong side row then continue in pattern (k11, sl1, k2tog, psso, k11). For new rows, long tail CO 13, pick up 12 sts along top of square underneath new square, continue as others.
12 blocks wide x 15 long = total 180 blocks
Blocks are 2.375” wide, total width to be approx 29”
